By using Doctorics you agree to the following terms.

What Doctorics is

Doctorics is an intermediary that connects users with healthcare providers, doctors and travel businesses ("Providers"). Healthcare services are delivered by the relevant healthcare provider; all decisions and responsibility regarding diagnosis and treatment lie with the treating doctor and provider. Travel services are performed by the relevant business.

Your account

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information, keep your password secret and are responsible for activity on your account. Minors may not purchase services without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Bookings and offers

The price, inclusions/exclusions and cancellation policy shown on a listing form part of your booking. Treatment offers are preliminary assessments that may change after the doctor's examination. Bookings with a deposit are confirmed on payment; request bookings are confirmed when the provider approves.

Reviews and content

Reviews can only be written for completed bookings; insults, personal data, advertising and misleading content are not published. Copying site content or design without permission is prohibited.

AI assistant

The assistant is for information only; it is not medical advice and can make mistakes. Final prices and availability are shown on the plan/checkout page.

Limitation of liability

Doctorics is not directly liable for Providers' services, but mediates to resolve complaints and may suspend a Provider's membership where necessary.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction for consumer transactions.
