Distance Contract & Pre-contract Information

This contract covers tourism and health tourism services purchased online via Doctorics, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Parties

Intermediary service provider:

Service provider: The business whose name and contact details are shown on the booking page and in the confirmation email.

Consumer: The member making the booking.

Subject

The nature, date, number of guests, total price, deposit and cancellation terms of the chosen service are shown in the booking summary and the confirmation email.

Payment

Deposits are collected via licensed payment providers. Any balance is paid at the venue as stated on the listing.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation, transport, car rental, catering and leisure services provided on a specific date or period. The listing's cancellation policy applies. For healthcare services, cancellations and refunds follow the offer and cancellation terms.
