Cancellation & Refund Policy

Each listing's cancellation policy is shown on the listing page and at checkout before you book.
Cancellation policies
- Flexible: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service starts; the full deposit is refunded.
- Moderate: Free cancellation up to 5 days before; after that the deposit is non-refundable.
- Strict: Free cancellation up to 14 days before; after that 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Non-refundable: The deposit is not refunded for cancellations or changes.
How do I cancel?
Open the booking under My account > Bookings and press "Cancel". The refund amount is shown on screen.
Cancellations by the provider
If the provider cannot deliver the service, the full deposit is refunded and our team helps you find an equivalent alternative.
Healthcare services
If after examination the doctor decides the treatment is not suitable, the deposit is refunded minus the cost of consultation/tests already performed by the clinic, as stated in the offer.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are made to the original card or account within 14 days; your bank's processing time may vary.
