What is Doctorics?
Doctorics brings Türkiye's clinics, hospitals and doctors together with hotels, transfers, tours, car rental and yacht charters on one platform. You build your treatment and trip in one plan and book with confidence.
Is Doctorics a hospital?
No. Doctorics is an intermediary platform: medical services are provided by the clinic or hospital and medical decisions are made by the treating doctor. We help you find the right option, plan it and stay in touch throughout.
Health tourism
Is getting a quote free?
It is completely free and non-binding. Send your request and clinics will reply with a personalised treatment plan and price. You compare the offers and accept the one you prefer.
Is my health information safe?
Your health information and files are stored only with your explicit consent, encrypted with AES-256, and can be seen only by the clinics you send your request to. You can exercise your data rights from your account.
What is included in the prices?
Each listing shows what is included and excluded. Packages usually include consultation, the procedure, hotel stay, airport and clinic transfers and an interpreter. The final plan is confirmed after the doctor's assessment.
How are clinics and doctors verified?
For businesses with the "Verified" badge, our team checks licences and authorisations (international health tourism licence, specialty certificates, etc.). Reviews are collected only from users with a completed booking.
Travel
How do I book hotels, tours and transfers?
Choose dates and guests and the price is calculated instantly. "Instant booking" listings are confirmed right away with a deposit; for "request" listings the business confirms shortly. You can combine everything in one trip plan.
Can you arrange my flight too?
Yes. Choose your route and dates with our assistant or on the flights page; we show suitable flights and add the request to your plan. Our travel team confirms the fare and sends you a payment link.
Payment and cancellation
Which payment methods are available?
Credit/debit card (3D Secure, instalments for Turkish cards), international cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay and bank transfer. Your card details never reach Doctorics servers; payments are processed by licensed payment providers.
What happens if I cancel?
Every listing shows its cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, strict, non-refundable) before you book. Cancellations within the policy window are refunded. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Which currency are prices in?
You can view prices in your preferred currency, converted at current rates. Payment is taken in TRY, EUR, USD or GBP and the exact amount is shown on the payment page.
Businesses
How do I list my business on Doctorics?
Open a free account from the "List your business" page and create your profile and listings. Our team reviews your documents and approves your profile. Health providers work with a monthly membership; travel businesses work on commission.
How much is the monthly membership?
For doctors and clinics the Standard plan is 10,000 TRY per month; Professional and Premium add more listings, access to the request pool and showcase placements. Travel businesses pay no membership fee, only a commission on sales.
