Provider Terms
آخر تحديث: 09.10.2026
These terms govern the relationship between Doctorics and the healthcare and travel businesses ("Provider") that publish profiles and listings on Doctorics.
Membership and documents
Providers must supply accurate and current company, tax and licensing information (for healthcare providers, the operating licence and the International Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate; for doctors, specialty certificates; for agencies, a TÜRSAB licence).
Fees
- Healthcare providers pay the monthly/yearly fee of their plan in advance. If unpaid, the profile and listings are unpublished after the grace period.
- Travel businesses pay the commission shown in their panel on confirmed bookings.
Content and advertising rules
Listings must be accurate and clearly state the price, inclusions/exclusions and cancellation terms. Healthcare listings must comply with Turkish health advertising regulations: no misleading claims, no guaranteed results and no comparative superlatives such as "the best". Before/after photos may be published only with the patient's written consent.
Patient data
Providers use health data shared with them only for offers and treatment, protect it in line with data protection law and do not share it with third parties.
Suspension
Doctorics may suspend or terminate membership for breaches of the law or these terms, repeated complaints or attempts to post fake reviews.
